The successful candidate will have the opportunity to set up the HR department within the organisation, and manage the HR function for the head office as well as the regional warehouses. The incumbent will report to the Managing Director, and be responsible for: Management Committee (MANCO) Serving on MANCO and prepare meeting materials (presentations, summaries, agendas) Recording and distributing minutes Reporting on HR activities Providing strategic advice to the Managing Director on staff movements. Personnel Management Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes Handling all personnel administration Developing and implementing performance and bonus systems Overseeing training and development Managing disciplinary processes Controlling access management and the clocking/timekeeping system.
