An ambitious and rapidly growing organisation within the iGaming and Sports Betting industry is seeking a driven Affiliate Account Manager to join their Cape Town team. This role places you at the heart of affiliate operations, with direct influence over acquisition channels and revenue-driven partnerships across online casino and sports-betting brands. The Role You will be responsible for building and managing affiliate relationships, optimising partner performance, and helping the business scale through strategic channel management. You’ll work with affiliates in key markets, collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, analytics), and ensure compliance in campaigns operating across regulated territories. Key Responsibilities Identify, recruit and onboard high-potential affiliates specialising in the iGaming / online casino / sports-betting sectors. Manage an existing affiliate portfolio: monitor traffic, conversions (e.g., FTDs), CPA/Rev-Share performance, and optimise partner output. Develop strategies to increase traffic quality and partner ROI — including negotiating commission models, running bonus campaigns, and exclusive offers. Provide affiliates with marketing materials, tracking links, insights and support to maximise performance. Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, product, design, analytics) to align affiliate campaigns with broader business goals. Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to regulatory and responsible-gaming standards across relevant jurisdictions. Regularly report on affiliate KPIs, present insights/recommendations to leadership, and drive continuous improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends, affiliate platforms/trackers, competitor activity and emerging acquisition channels. Who You Are Prior experience in affiliate account management, ideally within the regulated iGaming or Sports Betting industry — experience in online casino or sportsbook affiliate networks is strongly preferred. Strong commercial acumen: familiarity with CPA, Rev-Share, Hybrid models and a focus on traffic quality, player value and ROI. Excellent relationship–management skills: you are confident negotiating deals, influencing partners, and building long-term rapport. Data-driven mindset: you track performance metrics (traffic, conversions, player value, churn) and use insight to optimise. Good understanding of affiliate tracking platforms and traffic measurement — analyse data to identify risks, opportunities and improvements. Familiarity with regulatory compliance, responsible gaming practices and advertising standards in the iGaming sector. Organised, proactive, able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong communication skills (written and verbal English). Additional languages are a plus.
