Overview We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Affiliate Manager to join our growing affiliate marketing team in the dynamic world of iGaming . In this role, you will support the affiliate team in acquiring, managing, and growing partnerships with affiliate marketers to drive traffic and revenue to our online gaming platforms. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to build a career in digital marketing and the online gaming industry. Key Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day management of affiliate accounts. Monitor affiliate performance and analyze key metrics to identify growth opportunities. Support the onboarding of new affiliates and maintain strong communication with existing partners. Ensure all affiliate activities comply with regulatory and brand guidelines. Coordinate with the design, content, and promotions teams to deliver marketing assets to affiliates. Prepare performance reports and assist in optimizing campaigns. Help manage the affiliate CRM system and track affiliate payments. Conduct market and competitor research to stay informed of industry trends. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Passion for digital marketing and the iGaming industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing, tracking tools (e.g., NetRefer, Income Access, MyAffiliates), or willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory): Previous experience or internship in digital marketing or affiliate marketing. Familiarity with online casino/sports betting platforms. Additional language skills (especially Spanish, German, or Nordic languages).
