They are currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join their dynamic team full-time as a Junior Account Manager in Johannesburg. This role involves executing and refining daily operational tasks and requires excellent communication and time management skills, as well as expertise in administrative and data entry tasks. A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit are essential for fitting into their vibrant team environment.
 

Your key job responsibilities as the Junior Account Manager (Affiliate) in Johannesburg will include:

  • Handle daily operational tasks focused on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update operational process documentation and platforms, primarily using
  • Manage data setup and integration at the operator level, including account creation, postback implementation, and testing (specific training provided).
  • Align with affiliate campaign requests, handling network integration and link creation (specific training provided).
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between business units daily.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to transfer data accurately and promptly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable working with various platforms.
