Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team in the form of document preparation, proofreading and mailings, etc.
  • Provide ongoing, creative, and innovative ideas to the team on office operations and data management.
  • Tasks coordination, tracking and record keeping.
  • Setting up of meetings and minutes taking.
  • Project management, tasks scheduling and tracking.
  • Projects progress meetings and appointments scheduling.
  • Support management of client marketing and contact database.
  • Support management of company mail and correspondence.
  • Conduct internet research, compile and present data and findings.
  • Maintain paper and electronic files, records, and paperwork.
  • Keep office organized and stocked with required supplies.
  • Enter weekly receipts, bills, and payments into QuickBooks.
Requirements and Skills:
  • South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
  • Must have not participated on the YES Programme.
  • Certificate in Business/ Office Management OR
  • Relevant experience as Business/ Office/ Project Administrator/ Management Assistant.
  • Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data
  • processing.
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of information.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Packages.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Results-driven and agile.
  • High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness.
