Task and Responsibilities
- Analyzing existing operations, livestock, staff and documents and recommending improvements
- Monitoring the health and welfare of the livestock
- managing cashflow and developing and monitoring budgets
- keeping records on the movements of all livestock into and out of the farm
- Marketing and selling the livestock to a variety of customers
- Ensuring that all the staff is compliant with the safety regulations
- Managing any farm diversification acitivities

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in agriculture
- must have a valid driver's license
- preferably someone who owns a car

Skills/Abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Time management skill
- Genuine commitment to farming
- Marketing and Negotiation skill
- Experience as a farm manager/ agricultural practice
- A commitment to animal welfare
