Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the City of Johannesburg. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations across the PE (Eastern Cape), Mpumalanga, and KZN regions. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and analyzing market trends to increase revenue and expand market share. The role also involves monitoring team performance, meeting sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service at every level. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, with expertise in team leadership and strategic planning. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders in the PE, Mpumalanga, and KZN regions. Strong analytical skills for market research, trend analysis, and data‑driven decision making. Proficiency in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets. Ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results and maintain high levels of engagement. Proven success working in a regional role across diverse areas and demographics is advantageous. Relevant qualifications in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field are highly preferred.
