ISP Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic ISP Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and manage key customer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and business development skills to deliver exceptional results in the enterprise and business segments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction. Lead prospecting, networking, and lead generation initiatives to grow the customer base. Conduct impactful sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and prepare pricing proposals. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and emerging opportunities. Organize and coordinate sales events and promotional activities. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Provide product and sales updates to internal stakeholders and contribute to strategic discussions. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Adaptable and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities. Required Skills & Experience: Proven track record in ISP sales, telecommunications, or technology solutions sales. Experience in B2B and B2C environments. Strong understanding of network services, broadband solutions, or related technologies. Skilled in lead generation, deal closure, and client relationship management. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Education & Added Advantage: Relevant certifications in sales, networking, or ISP services. Established network within the ISP or telecommunications industry. Demonstrated success in developing new business opportunities and growing revenue. Reporting Line: Head of Operations
