Handle guest questions in professional manner. Answer calls friendly and professional. Plan schedule to accommodate guests efficiently. Onboard new citizens, mentor on culture. Host monthly talk shows covering QAR, Sales, Hygiene, Training, Culture. Coordinate training schedules and bookings. Communicate staff/guest issues to Area Manager. Manage disciplinary procedures and performance. Drive individual targets via 1:1. Operational Focus Train team on Sorbet Loyalty Program, drive sign‑ups. Maintain merchandising and presentation per Sorbet standards. Manage spot checks on stock counts, inventory control (daily counts, weekly inventory). Handle stock receiving per Franchise Manual. Ensure accurate stock capture on ESP by FDCs. Maintain accurate invoice filing and controls. Manage cash takings, check cash‑ups, schedule banking. Reporting Submit talk‑show agendas, feedback to Area Manager. Submit sick leave tracking and leave forms for payroll. Submit RS data for payroll accuracy. Pull weekly sales figures for budgeting. Marketing Implement national campaigns at store level, ensure collateral displayed. Train staff to sell/market campaigns. Computer literate, excellent communication, organized, detail oriented, basic math. Punctual, work under pressure, manage multiple stores, self‑directed. Experience Minimum 2 years store management in retail/FMCG store operations. Financial management experience: budgets, P&L, financial ratios. Education Business and Retail Management Diploma (desirable). Seniority Level Not Applicable. Employment Type Full‑time. Job Function Customer Service, Sales, and Other.
