Introduction We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Helpdesk & Key Account Coordinator to join our growing team in Pretoria. This is a full helpdesk position, supporting UK-based operations – including out of hours cover – to ensure smooth, round‑the‑clock service for our clients. Duties & Responsibilities Act as a first point of contact – answering calls and responding to emails from clients and engineers. Log, schedule and manage all jobs, ensuring the right engineer is assigned efficiently. Manage key client accounts, providing updates and maintaining strong communication. Order parts and material for ongoing works. Prepare and send invoices, and assist with payment recovery where needed. Write and manage engineer rotas and out-of-hours schedules. Monitor live jobs, chase updates, and ensure accurate records are kept in the system. Support senior management with reports and performance tracking. Desired Experience & Qualification Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong multi‑tasking and organizational skills. Confident using IT systems and spreadsheets. Experience in helpdesk, facilities management, or service coordination role preferred. Able to work flexible hours, including out of hours shifts. Based in or near Pretoria. #J-18808-Ljbffr
