Join to apply for the Delivery Consultant role at Infinity Staff GlobalJob Description : Delivery Consultant (Resourcer - Non-Executive Practice) OverviewAn experienced Delivery Consultant / Resourcer is required to join a retained executive search practice, with a particular focus on the Non-Executive Director (NED) space. This is a ° candidate-focused role designed to build and maintain talent pipelines that directly support consultants, particularly in the non-executive and asset management sectors.The successful candidate will partner closely with a Consultant in the Non-Exec Practice to deliver outstanding talent acquisition outcomes for senior retained search projects. This is a long-term, specialist role - not a stepping stone into a consultant position - and is considered a vital cog in the business model. Key Responsibilities Talent Research & Market Mapping Build and maintain talent pipelines for non-executive assignments (asset management, social housing, operational directors, board appointments). Conduct market mapping to identify, track, and monitor candidate movement, competitor activity, and potential talent pools. Populate and maintain accurate candidate data within internal systems for long-term use. Candidate Engagement Carry out initial reach outs to potential candidates via LinkedIn, email, and phone. Conduct qualifying calls with senior executives to assess interest, suitability, and availability. Represent the organisation with professionalism, credibility, and warmth when speaking to C-suite and senior board-level individuals. Schedule and prepare candidates for further meetings with consultants. Delivery Support Provide research and delivery support to consultants, ensuring all searches start with ready-to-go shortlists. Format CVs and profiles (using standard formatting tools). Update and code candidates / projects in LinkedIn projects and internal systems. Support with preparing proposals and light administrative delivery tasks (excluding psychometrics or interview prep). Client Value-Add Produce market intelligence and data insights for consultants to use in client feedback and business development conversations. Contribute to subscription-based RPO offerings by ensuring clients see consistent progress and talent updates each month. Key Requirements Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in a resourcing, research, or delivery consultant role within recruitment (executive search or retained search experience desirable but not essential). Proven track record of candidate research, mapping, and pipeline building. Experience engaging with senior-level executives and demonstrating credibility in conversations with board members, CEOs, and other senior stakeholders. Comfortable in a pure delivery environment - this is not a stepping stone into a role. Skills & Attributes Strong research and analytical ability - able to spot patterns and identify potential candidates. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident on the phone and credible when speaking with senior executives. Professional, trustworthy, and able to represent the company's values with integrity. Collaborative - works closely with consultants and the wider delivery team. Comfortable working with LinkedIn Recruiter, VoIP calling systems, and CRM databases. Detail-oriented, able to keep accurate records and update systems consistently.
