**Database Management**:

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data management policies

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and contribute to the development of tailored recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

**Qualifications / Skill set**:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Initiative-taking and purposeful with a focus on exceeding targets
- **Ability to work various time zones, London / USA / Europe**:

- Strong time management and understand the project timeliness and required deliverables

**Education**:

- Matric
- Diploma / BSC Human Resources or minimum of 6 years plus experience in a similar role

**Salary**: R20 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
