Vehicle Sales Manager

Introduction Hallmark Auto is looking for an experienced Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our salvage and used vehicle sales team. The ideal candidate is target-driven, disciplined and able to motivate a diverse team while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with company processes. Duties & Responsibilities Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and profitability. Ensure all leads are contacted, followed up, and driven through the full sales cycle. Monitor lead quality and ensure successful lead closure. Review daily lead activity from the sales team and ensure constructive feedback is provided. Consolidate team feedback and provide clear, accurate updates to the Managing Director. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support repeat business. Oversee and manage the CRM system to ensure all customer data, progress and follow-ups are up to date. Manage daily sales activities and conduct regular sales meetings and implement corrective actions where necessary. Monitor performance, compile daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. Ensure full compliance with FICA requirements and internal company processes. Will be required to work on a Saturday and public holidays. Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum 5 years' experience in vehicle sales (salvage / used cars advantageous). Minimum 4 years' experience in a sales management role. Strong leadership, coaching and team-management abilities. Proven ability to close deals and handle difficult customer situations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems / platforms. Target-driven, organised, self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage diverse personalities. Package & Remuneration Basic salary : R – R CommissionFuel allowanceProvident fund #J-18808-Ljbffr
