Make your career real with Hilti We’re seeking a dynamic Hilti Store Account Manager to join our Cape Town sales team and contribute to the success of our National Hilti Retail Team. If you’re passionate about sales and customer engagement, this role offers the opportunity to build extensive product knowledge across the full Hilti catalogue and deliver an exceptional retail and customer experience. This role is designed to prepare you for possible future responsibilities in external account management, where you will be based onsite and engage directly with customers. You will actively and effectively demonstrate, service, train, and (where appropriate) test Hilti products. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the market and key stakeholders. You will be expected to gather and report insights on competitors, pricing trends, product launches, seminars, new outlets, quality concerns, and delivery performance through monthly reports. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (Sales, Marketing, Business, or industry related) – Is advantageous. Min 2 - 4 years client‑facing sales experience and/or customer experience. Superior verbal and written English communication skills. Strong stakeholder engagement skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. A high level of English communication skills. An analytical, result‑oriented, and pro‑active mindset with a team oriented, self‑driven attitude.
