We are looking for Account Managers in the following locations: - Johannesburg - Nelspruit - Durban - Cape Town This is a “bench-role” which exists for the purpose of talent pipeline creation to address our future hiring needs as they become active. What You’ll Bring To be successful in this role, you will need: Minimum 5 years Sales experience. Possible experience in any of the following industries: Hire, Construction, Engineering, Services Installation, Retail, Tech(software), Mechanical/Electrical. B2B, Key Account Manager or National Account Manager experience (involving longer sales cycles, large deals and multiple stakeholders). Strong CRM understanding, preferably Salesforce. Strong operational, process, time management and administrative skills. Negotiation, Listening, Communication (English written and verbal) and Presentation Skills. Microsoft Office proficiency.
