Delta-v Graduate Program – SaaS & FinTech Sales Leadership Delta-v builds and manages SDR teams for fast‑growing SaaS and FinTech startups. From our Claremont office in Cape Town, we provide the tools, training, and environment to turn recent graduates into sales professionals and, eventually, sales leaders. About The Program This is more than a SDR role: it is a structured career development program designed to teach you pipeline generation and outbound sales, give hands‑on experience engaging decision‑makers at global SaaS & FinTech companies, and prepare you for a management path, with the potential to lead SDR teams within 2 years. You will start with the Delta‑v Go‑to‑Market Academy , a practical, immersive training program.
