Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career in sales? Do you want to work with international tech companies, develop real sales expertise, and fast-track your path into leadership?

At Delta-v, we build and manage SDR teams for fast-growing SaaS and FinTech startups. From our Claremont office in Cape Town, we provide the tools, training, and environment to turn talented grads into sales professionals and eventually, sales leaders.
About the Program

This isn't just an SDR job: it's a structured career development program designed to:
  • Teach you the craft of pipeline generation and outbound sales
  • Give hands-on experience engaging decision-makers at global SaaS & FinTech companies
  • Prepare you for a management path, with the potential to lead SDR teams within 2 years
You'll start with our Delta-v Go-to-Market Academy, a practical, immersive training program. From there, you'll gain real-world experience on client teams, learning to:
  • Identify and research high-value accounts across EMEA
  • Connect with senior executives via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Book meetings and product demos that drive real revenue
  • Continuously refine your skills with mentorship from experienced sales leaders
Requirements
  • Recent graduates with a university degree
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience (sales or service preferred)
  • A genuine interest in sales, SaaS, and FinTech
  • High energy, curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Based in Cape Town (or willing to relocate)
  • South African citizen
