We’re looking for a hands‑on PPC Specialist to work closely with our CMO, supporting the setup, execution, and optimization of multi‑channel paid campaigns. What You’ll Do: Support the CMO in planning and launching campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, App), Meta, and TikTok . Assist with audience targeting, keyword research, ad copy, and landing page recommendations. Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests , and implement optimizations to maximize ROI. Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align campaigns with brand strategy. Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness. Recommend improvements, new channels, or automation opportunities to the CMO. What We’re Looking For: Hands‑on experience managing multi‑channel PPC campaigns for apps, eCommerce, or consumer brands. Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools . Experience optimizing campaigns through A/B testing, targeting, and conversion tracking . Comfortable supporting a senior marketing leader (CMO) in both strategy and execution. Passion for digital marketing, growth, and travel tech .
