Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Durban for a Strategic Fundraising Professional. The individual will develop and implement fundraising initiatives, build donor relationships, and manage sponsorships to support the organization’s mission. Daily responsibilities will involve conducting donor outreach, creating targeted fundraising campaigns, preparing grant applications, and organizing fundraising events. The role also includes analyzing funding opportunities, maintaining donor databases, and collaborating with teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Qualifications Fundraising, Campaign Development, and Sponsorship Procurement experience Grant Writing, Proposal Development, and Donor Communication skills Excellent Research, Organizational, and Project Management abilities Relationship-Building and Networking skills in the non-profit and private sectors Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and data analysis Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Non‑Profit Management, or a related field Prior experience in social impact or non-profit environments is an advantage Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Industry Non-profit Organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
