Role Overview This is a full-time, on-site role located in Durban for a Strategic Fundraising Professional. The individual will develop and implement fundraising initiatives, build donor relationships, and manage sponsorships to support the organization's mission. Responsibilities Conduct donor outreach and build relationships. Create targeted fundraising campaigns. Prepare grant applications. Organize fundraising events. Analyze funding opportunities. Maintain donor databases. Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Qualifications Experience in fundraising, campaign development, and sponsorship procurement. Grant writing, proposal development, and donor communication skills. Excellent research, organizational, and project management abilities. Relationship building and networking skills in the non-profit and private sectors. Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and data analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Non-Profit Management, or a related field. Prior experience in social impact or non-profit environments is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
