The ideal candidate must have a B.Com degree in accounting and a background in financial services. Duties & Responsibilities Qualifications: Completed B.Com degree in accounting. 4 years or more of experience in business investment or business finance-related roles. Experience in banking/insurance house is non-negotiable. Sales and marketing experience will be an advantage. Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships and possess strong negotiation skills. Able to meet strong targets every month. Analytical with a strong financial background. Experience in analysing information. Deal structuring and deal making. Persuading and influencing. Networking with people. Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking. Delivering results and meeting clients' expectations. Job Description: Creating detailed financial models, including revenue projections, cost analysis, risk assessment, and return calculations to guide investments. Conducting market research to identify potential clients and strategic partnerships for the business. Assessing the financial health and potential risks of targeted companies through comprehensive due diligence. Organising and participating in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to establish and strengthen business networks. Keeping abreast of industry regulations, market dynamics, and economic trends to adapt investment strategies accordingly. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of client portfolios. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the broader SME market. Structuring and negotiating viable financing solutions with targeted companies to optimize returns for the company based on the associated risk.
