We’re looking for a detail-driven Fleet Supervisor with solid car rental fleet experience to join our team and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality fleet operations. R10 000 – R12 000 (Depending on experience) Complete and send the daily fleet list. Manage service scheduling and ensure all vehicles are booked in time. Update vehicle service dues on Wheels / Wheelsys. Ensure invoice packs are complete and submitted weekly. Review and close Non‑Revs correctly and send weekly reports. Assist rental agents with completing damage books. Handle daily customer queries via email and provide prompt feedback. Follow up on all vehicles that are in for repairs. Perform daily fleet planning to meet weekly vehicle demand. Scan and send new in-fleet sheets. Maintain and organise vehicle files; ensure spare keys and documents are correctly managed. Source quotes for repairs and issue purchase orders. Manage and update the service and licensing dashboard in Wheelsys (including crane trucks). Assist the claims administrator with documentation submissions. Oversee vehicle preparation sheets in the wash bay. Assist in managing parts, spares & special equipment and keep Wheelsys updated. NON-NEGOTIABLE: Must have car rental experience in the Fleet Department. Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Business Hub). Experience with car rental systems, accounting systems, Fusemetrix, and vehicle tracking systems. Working competency on speed point machines. Valid Driver’s License (Code 10 + PDP) – must be in possession at all times. Knowledge of SAVRALA Fair Wear & Tear Guide. Understanding of rental & chauffeur terms and conditions. Knowledge of company policies and procedures. Must be contactable and maintain airtime for operational communication. Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building ability. Able to manage stressful or unusual situations calmly. Customer‑focused mindset. Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Ability to adapt and perform additional duties as required. Alignment with company culture and values.
