**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Branch Operations Management**:

- Oversee all daily operations of the car rental branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Monitor fleet availability, condition, and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal vehicle inventory.
- Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and industry regulations.

**Team Leadership & Development**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of customer service agents, rental agents, and maintenance staff.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to develop team members' skills and ensure high standards of service.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure employee satisfaction and retention.

**Sales & Business Development**:

- Drive branch sales by actively promoting car rental services, special offers, and upsell opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and repeat customers.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Set and achieve revenue and performance targets for the branch.

**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and work with the team to implement improvements based on feedback.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

**Financial Management**:

- Manage the branch’s budget, including controlling costs, maximizing revenue, and improving profitability.
- Oversee invoicing, billing, and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure the branch adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure the maintenance of a safe working environment for employees and customers.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree, Management, or related field (preferred). Equivalent experience may be considered.
- **Experience**: At least 3-5 years of experience in the car rental or hospitality industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team while maintaining high operational standards.
- **Customer Service Focus**: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally.
- **Sales Acumen**: Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet performance targets in a competitive environment.
- **Financial Management**: Experience in managing budgets, P&L, and financial performance.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to resolve operational challenges.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- No Criminal Record
