Area : Ferndale, Randburg, Gauteng

Seeking an individual, preferably with experience in the Financial Services Industry, to join one of our teams as a Support Assistant. The purpose of the position is to deliver exceptional administration support with the goal to secure new clients and servicing our existing client base.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage flow of work enquiries (Instructions, queries, requests)
  • Log and resolve queries ad provide feedback as soon as possible
  • Processing of instructions
  • Manage all inbound calls from providers, broker and our administration office
  • Work collaboratively with IFAs and all relevant stakeholders
  • Submit, track, and give feedback on any instructions to Advisor and Team Leader
  • Maintain turnaround times on all administrative tasks
  • Understand the changing servicing needs of Advisors
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be supportive in offering assistance to the Adviser and Team Leader
  • Data capturing on internal CRM system
  • General admin support
Education and Experience:
  • Matric is essential
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft office - word, excel, Internet)

  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
  • Good Communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work independently & a positive team player.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be presentable in dress code especially when in front of clients
  • Good Time Management
  • Drivers license required with own car
