Role Overview: The Sales and Procurement Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support to our dynamic Sales and Procurement teams. The role focuses on managing vendor relationships, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring accurate documentation across all sales and procurement activities. Key Responsibilities: Procurement: Log and manage deal registrations with key partners to ensure access to up-to-date pricing for quoting and ordering. Support procurement with CRM admin tasks to ensure orders are invoiced within agreed SLAs. Update BAU and project deals with Proof of Delivery (POD) to meet audit standards. Manage quotation and ticket requests effectively. Build rapport with key vendors and distribution partners to obtain preferential pricing. Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and related issues. Sales: Provide administrative support to the sales team throughout the pre‑sales process to ensure timely delivery of proposals. Manage the quote request queue, ensuring all submissions are up‑to‑date and accurately logged. Complete quote requests within defined SLA timelines and return them to Account Managers. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and follow up on campaigns when required. Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Desired Skills: Experience in the IT Services industry. Knowledge of Zoho CRM and/or QuoteWerks. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
