Only those who successfully pass this stage will be invited to the final interview.* **No telephonic communication will be accepted**Responsibilities* Procure price and availability from suppliers* Check data accuracy on orders and invoices* Provide support to the sales team to ensure efficient sales operations* Process and capture sales orders, purchase orders and invoices* WhatsApp Groups – Monitor and assist (internal and customer)* Maintain and update systemQualifications**Required Qualifications:*** Matric (Senior Certificate)* Minimum of 2 years’ earthmoving / parts sales experience* Valid driver's license**Advantageous Skills:*** Earthmoving-related sales experience* Proficient in related systems (Catsis)* External sales experience* Systems experience (Quickbooks, Pastel, SAP)* Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Job LocationBenoni#J-18808-Ljbffr
