HR Assistant & Recruiter at Life & Brand Portfolio Life & Brand Portfolio are looking for a dynamic Social Media Coordinator based in Cape Town to work on some of the portfolio's brands together with the management team. This role requires a great amount of initiative, organisation and people skills. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all social media content. Post / schedule daily stories for all brands. Create event pages for brands when needed. Define the most important social media KPIs. Track and measure the success of each social media campaign. Stay on trend and up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Make use of social media scheduling tools. Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing. Monitor SEO and user engagement to suggest content and strategy optimisation. Shoot content. Edit content. Create animated content. Requirements Previous experience in Digital Media and an understanding of the industry (2-3 years' experience) is required. Photography and videography experience. Video editing and animation software experience. Adobe Suite proficiency. Excellent time‑management and communication skills. Team player and can work well within the team. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Ability to work well under pressure. Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence is essential.
