About the role Inventory control Ensure that no substandard stock are loaded onto trucks at any time Ensure that the correct stock and quantity was picked Release stock to client/driver once stock was checked Accurate dispatching of stock to clients and drivers Route planning in the most economical way Product Knowledge Assisting with bi annual stock takes Interaction with customers and ensure no customer complaints relating to order accuracy, damaged stock, delivery not on time, stock availability. About you National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed) 3 - 5 years of supervisor and/or dispatching experience Knowledge of receiving, warehousing and dispatch(Exports requirements, Hazchem requirements, Packing requirements, ) Business acumen Knowledge of inbound (Local) and outbound logistics for Local & International A high sense of administration Must be Bilingual Willingness to Learn Must have own Transport Able to work independently and within a team Effective planning and organizational skills Excellent Customer Service skills and professional demeanor required Able to multi-task ERP (Syspro) experience will be an advantage WMS experience needed Fluidra is a workplace where everyone can develop.
