**An exciting opportunity is available with our client in the automotive sector for a Dispatch Supervisor. Position based in Elandsfontein, Gauteng.**

**Duties**:

***:

- **Ensures operational effectiveness, efficiency and quality to achieve targets in accordance with timeframes / schedules.**
***:

- **Ensures open communication channels with relevant Departments to ensure highest standards of customer service is performed.**
***:

- **Completes, processes and updates all dispatch records and related documentation.**
***:

- **Supervises and oversees inventory; labelling processes.**
***:

- **Ensures efficient invoicing and loading process of SDAs.**
***

**Requirements**:
***
- **Matric**
***:

- **Certificate in Logistics / Warehousing / Supply Chain or related fields (NQF 5)**
***:

- **Diploma in Logistics / Warehousing / Supply Chain or related fields (NQF 6)**
***:

- **3 years’ experience in Logistics / Warehousing / Supply Chain operations of which: 1 to 2 years should be at supervisory level**
***:

- **Experience in working shifts**
***
