About the Role: We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 5 years of experience to join our senior finance team. In this role, you will manage high-level financial operations, oversee audits, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and provide strategic financial advice to management. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the company’s financial strategy. Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports. Manage audits, tax filings, and compliance with financial regulations. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide strategic insights. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Advise senior management on financial matters and business strategy. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Develop and maintain financial models for business forecasting. Ensure financial operations align with company goals and regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes. Lead efforts to improve financial reporting and operations. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant with 5 years of post-qualification experience. Registered with the relevant professional body (e.g., SAICA). Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent understanding of IFRS and financial management. Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Proven experience in strategic financial planning and budgeting. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to mentor and lead teams effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
