Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Manage and optimize financial operations to improve efficiency. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and laws. Develop financial models and provide recommendations for growth. Collaborate with internal teams on financial processes. Monitor and analyze financial performance. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant qualification. Registered with the relevant professional society (e.g., SAICA). Strong understanding of IFRS and financial management principles. Proven experience in financial reporting, audits, and strategic planning. Proficiency in accounting software and financial modeling tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and remotely.
