About the Role We are seeking a Mid-Level Paid Social Media Manager to join our team. While the role includes some strategic input, it will primarily focus on the day-to-day management of paid social PPC campaigns , including: Campaign setup Ongoing optimisation and performance management Reporting and insights Key Responsibilities Set up and manage paid social campaigns across multiple platforms Optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs and maximise ROI Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and actionable insights Assist in the development of social media ad strategies when required Stay up to date with latest trends and platform updates Requirements Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience managing campaigns across: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) TikTok YouTube Instagram Ads Strong analytical and optimisation skills Proficiency in campaign reporting and performance tracking Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and bidding strategies Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Contract & Remuneration 3-month initial contract , renewable monthly thereafter R19,140 CTC per month , based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
