Overview ORAFOL South Africa is the regional branch of the globally renowned ORAFOL Group, a leading manufacturer of premium reflective materials, graphic films, and adhesive tapes. We're looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Cape Town team. Commencement date: February 2026. Profile of the ideal candidate Strong understanding of the sales process. Ability to accurately identify and assess customer needs. Quick learner with the ability to grasp product features and benefits. Excellent interpersonal abilities with a professional and confident approach. Role Description Represent the company’s full product offering in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Conduct sales visits to customers, including cold calling as required. Work according to a weekly call schedule determined by the Branch Manager. Operate independently while maintaining effective communication with the broader regional and national colleagues. Set up and manage customer appointments. Ensure all sales calls are purposeful, high quality, and aligned to desired outcomes. Compile and submit Weekly Call Reports. Support all sales-related functions, including providing Technical Data Sheets and, where applicable, arranging product samples for customers. Skills and qualifications Minimum five years’ sales experience in the Signage Supplier Industry. Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record. No criminal record – this will be verified. No listings on ITC – this will be verified. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Strong time management and organisational abilities. Proficiency in Outlook and Excel. Experience with Pastel is advantageous.
