Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Representative role based in the City of Johannesburg. The Technical Sales Representative will manage client relationships, present and sell products to customers, and develop new business opportunities. Responsibilities include liaising with clients to understand their needs, delivering product-related training, and ensuring efficient follow-ups. The role also involves attending industry events to promote the company’s offerings and providing technical expertise about growing mediums to clients. Qualifications Strong skills in Technical Sales and general Sales, along with the ability to develop new business opportunities. Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Experience in delivering client-focused Training and product demonstrations. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to independently manage client needs. Knowledge of agriculture, horticulture, or related sectors is an advantage. Valid driver’s license and availability to travel when required. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agriculture, Business, or a related field is preferred.
