Today, CFW fans are proudly used in industrial applications around the globe.The company employs a diverse workforce with a strong skill set in engineering, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist that can assist with the following tasks : Offer Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processesProvide guidance and assistance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and regulatory complianceSupport employee relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management processesMaintain accurate and up to date employee recordsAssist with the Coordination and support employee engagement initiatives and training and development programsContribute to the organization's talent acquisition efforts by assisting in recruitment processesCollaborate with the Payroll Officer to administer employee benefits, leave management, and payroll coordinationPrepare and upon approval, submit Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) to MESETAMonitor, document, and report Injury on Duty (IOD) incidents in compliance with relevant legislationCompile and upon approval, submit EE and BEE reportsAssist in tracking and reporting on Health and Safety compliance within the organization. Qualifications and Experience Required : Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant fieldDemonstrated experience in a similar roleProficient in HR systems, tools, and administrative processesStrong understanding of South African labour legislation, including BCEA, EEA, and LRAFamiliarity with the metal industry is advantageous.
