We are now looking to recruit an experienced Digital Growth Marketing Manager to join our global team. Position Overview The Digital Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for building and scaling Sonata One's digital growth engine across the full funnel. The successful candidate will own performance across the website, analytics, paid and organic channels, attribution tracking, and digital optimisation, with a focus on driving measurable conversion and pipeline growth. This role requires a strategic, data‑led marketer who is also confident executing hands‑on work across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in SaaS or financial services, a strong technical understanding of analytics and tracking, and the ability to turn data into commercial outcomes. Responsibilities Website, Tracking and Analytics The successful candidate will be accountable for end‑to‑end performance of the Sonata One website, including optimisation, conversion paths and user journey tracking. They will implement and maintain full GA4 analytics, event tagging, attribution models and behavioural reporting across the funnel. They will lead on technical and AI‑ready SEO, manage WordPress and landing pages, and integrate HubSpot and other martech systems to ensure full data visibility. Lead Generation and Campaign Management The role will oversee multi‑channel digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms, ensuring effective targeting, retargeting and look‑alike audience development. The successful candidate will manage PPC, Performance Max and paid media strategies across multiple geographies, optimise spend against CAC and MQL targets, and report performance clearly and consistently. Growth Strategy and Commercial Alignment The role will define and deliver the digital growth strategy, translating it into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. This includes working closely with Sales, Product and CRM teams to align MQL to SQL processes, enabling full pipeline and revenue attribution. The successful candidate will test and scale new channels, audience segments and acquisition levers, and support CRM‑led nurture journeys. Content, Brand Visibility and Internal Digital The Digital Growth Marketing Manager will build and manage a library of video content for use across web and campaign channels, support SEO‑led content planning, and lead digital PR and link‑building strategies. The role will also support internal communications through ownership of the Sonata One intranet. Planning and Reporting The successful candidate will develop and own growth KPIs, dashboards and regular reporting cycles. They will present insights and recommended actions to senior leadership, prioritising continuous testing, iteration and performance improvement. Skills and Experience Proven experience in B2B digital growth marketing, ideally within fintech, SaaS or financial services Strong technical capability across GA4, SEO, PPC, attribution and funnel analytics Ability to manage web platforms and landing pages including WordPress, HTML and CSS Experience working with data and visualisation tools such as BigQuery, Tableau, Looker or Grafana Demonstrated ability to build and optimise multi‑channel lead generation campaigns Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot Able to work across multiple markets and audiences Strong analytical, commercial and execution focus Experience with AI‑led SEO and optimisation tools Knowledge of CRO, A / B testing and UX experimentation Experience scaling campaigns in highly regulated or niche B2B environments Previous involvement in attribution modelling and MQL to SQL processes Being part of Sonata One provides a collaborative and inclusive work culture that values innovation and diversity.
