About The Role To initiate, plan and achieve HALEON Consumer Healthcare's ambition of becoming one of the most innovative, best performing, and trusted Consumer Healthcare Companies in South and Southern Africa. Drives expert recommendation on key brands through the effective selling, detailing, and merchandising of HALEON brands to all relevant HCPs (Pharmacists, Pharmacy assistants, Front shop assistants, Clinic sisters and other as may be determined from time to time) in-line with relevant HALEON Policy & Procedures and local regulatory & ethical code guidelines. Key Responsibilities Implement quarterly marketing strategy and initiate strategic and impactful business partnering to exceed corporate sales objectives and targets, drive growth and benefit for our consumers, our customers, and Haleon. Directly responsible for delivering against assigned sales targets by selling, merchandising, and detailing to agreed segmented & targeted customer base and ensuring effective area distribution and supply by maintaining adequate stock cover in all customers. Grow our brands ahead of the categories in which we compete. Effective communication of trained scientific knowledge to drive recommendation and build trust. Compliance with customer relationship management tool (e.g. FSFA, Veeva) requirements. Develop strong customer relations within the identified channels to maximise business opportunities and grow the business. Monitor and analyse sales performance through SSD data. Generate action plans to correct areas of weakness and capitalise on areas of opportunity. Meet innovation and business KPIs as per HALEON 3 Objectives. Development plan: Use our values and expectations to drive actions and decisions, role model values and expectations. Required Qualifications and Skills Minimum 3 years pharmacy sales experience is an advantage. Good communication, administrative and interpersonal skills.
