Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and ensure that tasks are completed on time Lead project teams by coordinating and motivating team membersManage project budgets and track project expenses Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and challenges Ensure compliance with organizational processes and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field 5+years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and build strong working relationships Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
