Store Manager Pedros Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa Pedros is seeking a Store Manager to oversee restaurant/take‑away operations and deliver profitability. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee overall operation of the restaurant/take‑away Ensure quality standards of food and PEDROS Standard Operating Procedures are maintained Oversee and manage stock control, purchasing and orders Deal with customer complaints and maintain customer service levels Maximise profitability and meet sales and GP% targets, motivating staff to do so Manage staff including discipline and work rosters Work within a team and drive the restaurant/take‑away forward Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are conducted at the store Marketing activities – introduce promotion and incentive programmes at the store Handle customer service complaints within required time frame People management – ensure training programmes are in place for staff development and maintain regular structured staff meetings at the store Recruitment and selection – lead, train and monitor the performance of the team in the store to increase productivity and profitability Performance evaluation of staff Requirements Restaurant and Fast‑Food Service experience.
