Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Store Manager, located in the City of Cape Town. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading and motivating a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities include managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Store Manager will also track and evaluate store performance to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure an effective, secure, and profitable store environment
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver an exceptional shopping experience
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Experience in retail or related industries is preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
