The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence. Key responsibilities include: Managing store staff Maintaining inventory accuracy Implementing retail loss prevention strategies Fostering an engaging store environment Achieving sales targets and improving store performance Qualifications Customer satisfaction and customer service skills Effective communication skills Experience in store management and retail loss prevention Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business management or related field is a plus Previous experience in the retail industry is preferred Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
