As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, proven retail management experience, and a passion for motivating teams and delivering results. You’ll oversee daily store activities, manage staff performance, and ensure operational and financial targets are met.Duties:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing store team to achieve sales and service goalsDrive store performance through effective planning, monitoring, and reporting of key metricsEnsure excellent customer service and consistently positive customer experiencesManage stock levels, inventory control, and visual merchandising standardsImplement operational policies, procedures, and compliance measuresHandle recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for store staffResolve customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high customer satisfactionMonitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitabilityCollaborate with regional management to support business initiatives and store growthRequirements:Grade 12 (Matric) minimum; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous5+ years’ experience in retail management or similar leadership rolesStrong leadership, communication, and team-building skillsCustomer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilitiesProven track record in achieving sales and operational target
