We operate the various technology platforms and shared services, ensure Cyber and Information Security resilience, and act as technology governance and riskorchestrator for technology across Sanlam. What will you do? The candidate hired for this role will be tasked to manage different document generation applications for various clients. The candidate will also be responsible for managing capacity, modifications, creating users, trouble shooting and general support functions in the different document generation platforms. What will make you successful in this role? Task estimations and work allocation recommendations Impact analysis assessments System application or performance benchmarking information Implemented updates or releases of 3rd party packages Execution of disaster recovery processes Proof of concepts Monitored progress of technical tasks Operational procedures documentation Testing – data conversion, performance, system, regression, integration Production support and standby duty Product evaluation Qualification Matric Relevant IT degree or diploma Application support for document generation suite or comparable software Experience Minimum of 1 years Document Management experience Platform experience in OpenText Exstream and GhostDraft will be an advantage MS .Net C# development experience is optional Knowledge and skills AWS Cloud knowledge Database skills Knowledge of current document management business processes Ability to manage problems and liaise with relevant infrastructure support areas to resolve the problem timeously AWS Cloud knowledge Personal Attributes Decision quality - Contributing through othersAction orientated - Contributing independentlyCollaborates - Contributing independentlyManages complexity - Contributing independentlyNimble learning - Contributing independentlyTech savvy - Contributing independently Build a successful career with us We’re all about building strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
