Are you a data-driven digital marketing professional with a passion for performance? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and take the lead on developing and executing strategic paid media campaigns that drive growth, leads, and engagement. As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing and optimising digital campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on lead generation and customer acquisition. You'll work across paid search and social channels, leveraging your analytical skills to measure performance and improve ROI. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms. Drive lead generation through targeted digital advertising strategies. Analyse customer journeys and digital touchpoints to improve conversion rates and user engagement. Perform SEO and PPC activities to increase visibility and traffic. Leverage social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels. Use data analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging and effective ad creatives. Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, particularly in the digital finance and cryptocurrency sectors. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and lead generation. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimisation. Strong understanding of consumer journeys, conversion funnels, and digital touchpoints. Solid knowledge of SEO, PPC, and data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and others.
