What will you be doing? As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for building out the test plan and test strategy, as well as executing the test scripts for the Circana private cloud client Unify application. This involves using automation test scripts in addition to running manual tests where required. You will report into the Account Director and work alongside the Circana Unify Product teams and Support teams. Roles and Responsibilities Requirements gathering / Requirement clarification Building out the test plan and test strategy Documenting test approach for Private Cloud client approval Creating and implementing Automation Strategies and Frameworks Creating automated test scripts from manual test cases or scenarios. Maintaining existing product test scripts. Creating and maintaining relevant test documentation for script deployment and usage. Understanding business requirements and working with architects and developers to incorporate automation testability into the product. Using an Agile approach to implement effective regression testing strategies. Participating in regular review sessions with project teams. Managing and tracking defects, ensuring clear communication with engineering teams and tracking issues to resolution. Managing testing timelines in line with project plans. Producing product test output reports for Private Cloud clients. Managing Test Analysts to execute testing plans. Job Requirements Graduate degree in engineering or equivalent with 12+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing, with exposure to UNIX. Experience in building out test strategies. Comfortable in a client-facing role, building client test approaches and providing ongoing updates. Ability to understand requirements and develop testing approaches that exceed client expectations. Experience with test automation software – Java and Selenium. Experience in Web services and API automation. Basic working knowledge of SQL / Oracle. Knowledge of implementing automation in agile environments. Experience with scripting languages like Python is an added advantage. Experience in creating test automation strategies. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Good to have Skills Experience in Data Analytics and Market Research for Retail domain. Experience in High Performance Computing (HPC).
