**Main Responsibilities**
- Design and implement QA strategies for large SAP programs
- Create test plan and -procedures
- Coordinate and manage test cycles
- Requirement Engineering
- Coordinate the development of test assets (manual / automated)
- Defect Management process
- Implement Test Automation Strategy

**Qualification and experience**
- 5+ years of experience as Test Manager in SAP programs
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in statistics, business, economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, research, or a related field
- Experience in a Test Management team lead position
- Experience with working in a multi-location / international company
- ISTQB Foundation Certificate
