**The Role**:
We're on the lookout for a motivated Business Development Associate with B2B sales experience and a recruitment background to fuel our growth and bolster our talent acquisition efforts. This hybrid role, focusing 70% on sales and 30% on recruitment, is essential for sourcing and qualifying leads to empower our account executives. Your contribution will be critical in connecting businesses with elite finance and accounting professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate and qualify leads for our account executives using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other strategic methods.
- Conduct cold calls and other outreach efforts to build a solid sales pipeline.
- Actively engage with target businesses in the UK and US, driving lead generation and arranging appointments for Account Executives.
- Employ expert-level outbound sales techniques to initiate and nurture potential client relationships.
- Effective use of ZoomInfo is essential.
- Qualify leads effectively, ensuring alignment with our criteria for deeper sales discussions.
- Oversee the recruitment process for finance and accounting professionals, including sourcing, vetting, and interviewing.
- Maintain comprehensive and updated records of all sales activities, customer communications, and appointment details in a CRM system.
- Stay abreast with our product offerings, industry trends, and competitor actions to articulate and position our solutions adeptly.
**Requirements**:
- 5 years of B2B sales experience, with a demonstrated track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Preferably 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally within the finance and accounting sectors preferred.
- 3+ years cold outreach experience.
- Proficient in the use of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for lead sourcing and recruitment.
- Strong experience (3+ years) with CRM systems, showcasing your ability to manage and track sales and recruitment processes effectively.
- Proven expertise in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be self-driven, able to independently initiate and manage projects.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Salary 60% Basic / OTE 40%
- Lucrative **uncapped **commission structure
