Build a team that delivers towards HRMS service standards and vision of being "Broker Of Choice" Processes Manage underwriting mandates / processes in line with insurer and internal guidelines Identify trends and recommending improvements Ensure that underwriting tasks are dealt with according to industry regulations and Hereford standard Manage complaints Compiling necessary report for feedback to senior management and insurers Effective oversight of the renewal process Implement and oversee client and policy retention strategies Ensure records on CRM and Policy management systems are accurate and in accordance with agreed processes and guidelines Design reports for the effective management and oversight of mandates, service level agreements, processes, and compliance matters KPI's Staff training & competence (product, and systems) Complaints Management Performance Management Percentage of book on binder (conversion of existing book as well as new business) Revenue Retention and Growth Quality Assurance (Adherence to procedure, regulations and service standards) Service Delivery (SLA's, Committed To Excellence, The Hereford Way) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Sales Industries Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
