Sales Development Representative This role sits within GOTO Group SA, providing dedicated sales and business development support to one of our key UK‑based client partners. The Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound engagement, lead qualification, and fostering client relationships. Key Responsibilities Engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social channels Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify opportunities for our partners Maintain a high daily call and outreach volume, ensuring consistent contact activity and follow‑ups Build rapport and book qualified meetings for client sales executives Use CRM tools to accurately record activity, update lead statuses, and manage pipelines Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates Nurture cold and warm leads through effective follow‑up sequences Handle objections confidently, positioning value and benefits to drive interest Stay up to date on client products, services, and value propositions to ensure effective communication Track performance against daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Celebrate success and keep raising the bar Key Skills Proven experience in high‑volume outbound sales or telesales (minimum 3 years) Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills Resilient, energetic, and results‑driven – thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑led environment Strong ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with professionalism Organised and efficient, able to manage large contact volumes and maintain accurate CRM records Positive, coachable attitude with a genuine passion for sales and success Self‑motivated, ambitious, and eager to exceed KPIs and progress your career Previous experience selling into the UK market is an advantage but not essential Salary & Benefits Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience, up to R25,000 per month.
