Monitor project performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, while proactively managing issue resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction. Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards across all project phases. Provide leadership and guidance to the Data Centre NOC Team, ensuring efficient monitoring and support operations. Qualifications Proven experience in managing Data Centre Managed Services (MS) projects. Strong technical expertise in HVAC, UPS, generators, and DC plant systems. Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
